摘要
文章在国内外首次系统的阐述了汽车安全法规和标准对天窗的要求,并以某一款汽车天窗为研究对象,进行了碰撞CAE分析,同时也进行了实际碰撞测试,通过比较CAE和实际测试结果,说明了碰撞CAE模型是正确的、有效的。为了进一步提高天窗的碰撞安全性,经过三轮优化和分析得到了新的机械组滑块方案,根据优化前后的CAE结果和简化准静态拉伸试验结果,新的机械组滑块断裂力比原始结构明显提高了很多,此优化方案已经应用到产品中,并已经大批量生产。
In the world, this is the first time to systematic introduce safety regulation and standard for sunroof. Select some sunroof as objects of research, make vehicle sunroof crash CAE analysis, meanwhile finish actual crash test. Through comparison between CAE and actual crash test result, the correlation is good. In order to improve the sunroof crashworthiness, a new mechanism cable is got by my three rounds optimization, based on CAE result and actual static tensile test, the fracture force of the new structure is much higher than that of the original structure. This design has been applied to mass production.
