摘要 车辆噪音作为评价整车舒适性的关键参数,已受到人们广泛关注。刮水器作为整车关键安全性零部件之一,其性能直接影响雨雪天气的行车安全,而由于刮水器自身结构特性,在工作过程中较容易产生噪音。文章针对刮水器的噪音问题,从刮水器结构及噪音来源入手,分析各机构产生噪音的原因,并对刮水器电机噪音进行测试,最后依据分析及测试结果,提出各机构的噪音优化方案。 As a key parameter to evaluate the comfort of vehicles, vehicle noise has been widely concerned. Wiper system, as one of the important safety parts of the vehicle, its performance affects the safety of vehicle in rain and snow weather directly, and noise is easily produced because of the structure characteristics of wiper system. This thesis starts from the wiper structure and noise sources, analyzing the causes of noise in wiper system, and test the wiper motor prototype. Finally, put forward optimization scheme according to the analysis and experimental results.
