服役环境下化工管道用S31803耐热不锈钢的寿命研究

摘要 采用L-M法和θ-投影法对S31803耐热不锈钢材料在高温下的蠕变寿命进行预测。结果表明,两种方法的预测结果大致相同,但采用θ-投影法的结果与材料的实际寿命更加吻合。 Two methods (L-M method and 0-projection method) were used to analyze and predict the creep life of the S31803 heat resistance stainless steel during service. The results show that the creep life are similar by using these two methods, and the 0-projection method has higher accuracy in predicting the life of the steel.
