Y含量对X80管线钢组织及在模拟混凝土环境中腐蚀行为的影响

摘要 采用稀土Y微合金化的方法制备了4种不同Y含量的X80管线钢,研究了在模拟混凝土环境中钢的腐蚀形貌和电化学性能。结果表明,随着Y含量的增加,X80管线钢的平均晶粒尺寸逐渐减小;添加Y的管线钢在晶界处析出了Y_2O_3化合物;X80管线钢的腐蚀产物中主要含有FeOOH、Fe_3O_4、Fe_2O_3、FeO、FeS和FeCl_2相。添加有0.045%Y的X80管线钢的耐腐蚀性能最好。 X80 pipeline steel with different content of Y were prepared, the corrosion morphology and electrochemical properties of the steel in simulated concrete environment were studied. The results show that with the increase of Y content, the average grain size of the steel gradually decreases. Y2O3 compounds form along grain boundaries in the steel with Y addition. The corrosion products of the steel mainly contain FeOOH, Fe304, Fe2O3, FeO, FeS and FeCl2. The steel with 0.045%Y addition has the best resistant corrosion performance.
