摘要
为了实现低温钢铁路支座在-50℃低温性能,确保产品强度与低温冲击性能均比ZG16Mn有所提高,通过材质成分设计,电弧炉冶炼、浇注工艺和铸件热处理工艺的制订,所生产的试件达到了产品要求的低温性能,并按策划好的工艺完成了生产订单。
In order to realize low temperature performance of low temperature steel railway bearing at -50 ℃, ensure product strength and low temperature impact performance higher than ZG16Mn, through material composition designing, arc furnace smelting, casting process and heat treatment process formulating, trial-produced casting successfully achieved the product requirements in low temperature performance, and completed the production orders according to the planned process.
