铸造用高效发热保温冒口的研究 被引量:4

摘要 为了尽可能地减少和防止铸件的缩孔和缩松缺陷,在实际生产中,常常要使用发热保温冒口,其补缩效率可高达30%~60%。发热保温冒口由发热材料、保温材料、耐火骨料和粘结剂按一定比例混制制作而成,制作冒口所用的原材料来源广泛且无污染。所以使用发热保温冒口给铸件补缩已经成为目前的主流趋势。 In order to possibly reduce and prevent shrinkage cavity and shrinkage defect in castings, in actual production, heat insulation risers were often used, their heat feeding efficiency can reach as high as 30%-60%. The heat insulation riser consists of fever materials, insulation materials, refractory aggregate and binder which is produced by certain mixing proportion. The source of the raw materials is wide and pollution-free. In conclusion, using heat insulation riser to feed castings has become current mainstream trend.
