焊接用铸造法兰的品质提升

摘要 某型号高压开关产品铸焊结构母线用的铸件法兰,经与型材筒体焊接后,环焊缝经X射线探伤检查低于《承压设备无损检测》标准的要求,法兰面气孔缺陷严重,经过对缺陷进行分析并采取有效的工艺措施,完善铸件的生产工艺。改进后生产的铸件经焊接验证,完全符合X射线探伤及水气压检测的相关要求。 The casting flanges in a type Of high voltage switch busbar product with cast-weld structure is after welding with profile cylinder, the quality of the ring weld is lower than the nondestructive testing of pressure equipments by X-ray flaw inspection, gas unsoundness appear badly in the flange. Through analyzing the defect and taking effective process measures, improving the production technology of the casting, the produced castings after improving process, after welded, fully meet the requirement of X-ray flaw inspection and hydrostatic and air tightness test.
