摘要 以某型牵引车气压盘式制动器为研究对象,运用非线性有限元分析软件ABAQUS建立气压盘式制动器热-结构耦合模型,确定仿真分析所需的边界条件和载荷,对气压盘式制动器进行热-结构耦合分析。对紧急制动工况下气压盘式制动器制动盘的温度场和应力场进行仿真,得到制动盘温度场和应力场的分布特性,并通过盘式制动器台架试验验证仿真数据与实测数据的一致性。结果表明,所建立的有限元仿真模型及仿真结果准确可靠。 By taking the pneumatic disc brake of a certain tractor as the research object,adopted the finite element analysis software ABAQUS to establish a thermo-structural coupling model for pneumatic disc brakes to determine the boundary condition and load required for simulation analysis in order to perform an analysis on thermo-structural coupling for the pneumatic disc brake. The temperature field and stress field of the brake disk of the pneumatic disc brake under the emergency braking condition were simulated to obtain the distribution characteristics of temperature field and stress field of the brake disc. The consistency between the simulation data and the measured data was verified by bench test for the disc brake. The results show that the finite element simulation model and the simulation results are accurate and reliable.
