摘要 声发射作为一种无损检测技术已被应用到多个领域的产品质量检测中。对小波阈值法和经验模态分解法进行分析和比较,并结合两种方法对声发射信号降噪的优点,形成小波阈值-经验模态分解法。对应用这一新降噪方法前后的信号进行对比,确认降噪效果显著,信号保真度良好。 As a kind of nondestructive testing technology, acoustic emission has been applied to many areas for product quality inspection. By analyzing and comparing wavelet threshold method and EMD method and in combination of the advantages of the two methods for de-noise of acoustic emission signal, the wavelet threshold-EMD method was formed. By comparing the signals before and after the application of this new noise reduction method, it is confirmed that the de-noise effect is remarkable and the signal fidelity is good.
