汽轮机叶片锻坯自动下料系统的研究与开发

摘要 介绍了叶片锻坯的组成结构。针对叶片型线离散点数据缺失,应用离散点插值法计算叶身截面积,并针对完整坐标数据应用向量外积法计算凹曲线面积。基于叶片锻坯下料的计算流程,建立相应的数学模型,借助Visual Studio及Matlab软件混合编程技术编写了叶片锻坯自动下料程序,取代人工计算过程,避免了设计过程中的人为计算错误,缩短了产品设计周期。自动下料程序通过原始数据和经验参数驱动生成锻坯算料参数表,通过叶片标志号分类上传至文件传送协议服务器,完成线上与线下的交互,便于生产管理。 The composition of blade forging blanks was introduced. Aiming at the missing of discrete point data on blade profiles ,the discrete point interpolation method was used to calculate the sectional area of the blade, and the vector outer product method was used to calculate the concave curve area for the complete coordinate data. The corresponding mathematical model was established based on the computational flow for blanking of blade forgings. With mixed programming technology of Visual Studio and Matlab, the automatic blanking program for blade forgings was designed, which could replace the manual calculation process, avoid the artificial error in the design process and shorten the product design cycle. The automatic blanking program, driven by raw data and empiric parameter generates parameter list for material calculation of forging stock, and uploads them to the FTP server through the classification of the mark number on the blade to complete the online and offline interaction in favor of the production management.
