摘要 定定排产是定时不定量排产和定量不定时排产的结合。针对科研院所型企业特点,提出一种基于均衡化生产方式的多品种小批量产品定定排产技术。应用这一技术,能够有效优化当前的生产模式,缩短生产周期,降低在制品数,提高设备利用率。 The pattern production scheduling is the combination of regular & non-quantitative production scheduling and irregular & quantitative production scheduling. Aiming at the characteristics of scientific research institutes,put forward the pattern scheduling technology based on equalized production mode for multi-type small-lot products. Application of this technology can effectively optimize the current production mode, shorten the production cycle,reduce the number of WIP products and improve equipment utilization.
