交叉韧带囊肿的MRI诊断探讨

MRI diagnosis of the cruciate ligament cysts

目的探讨交叉韧带囊肿的MRI表现及其诊断价值。材料与方法回顾性分析经病理证实的12例膝关节交叉韧带囊肿的临床及影像学资料,总结交叉韧带囊肿的MRI影像学特点。结果本组12例,均为单膝发病,1例前、后交叉韧带均有囊肿,11例为单发囊肿;前交叉韧带囊肿5例,后交叉韧带囊肿8例。MRI表现囊肿呈圆形、椭圆形、条带形及纺锤形的长T1、长T2信号,PDWI-FS序列呈高信号。结论 MRI能够清晰地显示交叉韧带囊肿的大小、形态、部位、数目及与周围结构的关系,MRI可以作出明确诊断,对临床有重要的指导价值。

Objective： To explore the MRI features and diagnostic value of the cruciate ligaments cysts. Materials and Methods： Clinical data and imaging features of 12 cases surgically confirmed of the cruciate ligaments cysts of knee joint were reviewed retrospectively, and the imaging features of MRI were summarized. Results： All of the 12 patients were unilateral knee joint, 1 patient presented both the anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments cysts,11 patients were solitary cysts. Five cysts were found in the anterior cruciate ligaments and 8 in the posterior cruciate ligaments. MRI of cysts showed long T1 long T2 signal round, oval, banded or fusiform shape. It was high signal on the PD-FS sequence. Conclusion： MRI can clearly display the size, shape, location, number and surrounding structures of the cruciate ligaments cysts, MRI could be useful in the diagnosis, it has important guidance value for clinical work.
