眶颅沟通泪腺恶性混合瘤伴硬脑膜浸润一例

摘要 患者男,54岁,以左眼睑下垂8年,加重伴眼眶内异物感1年之主诉入院。体检：左眶外上壁可扪及一肿块,质韧,活动度差。CT：左侧眶外侧、眼球外上缘不规则软组织肿块,边界欠清,其内密度不均,可见斑点状钙化,肿块下缘与上直肌分界不清（图1A）。肿块突破眶内上壁向颅内生长,眶外侧壁、内上壁骨质破坏,
