摘要
结合城市轨道交通进行城市综合体的开发建设不仅可以实现城市综合体的人流快速集散,而且也为城市轨道交通的非高峰时段提供了长期稳定的客流支撑。通过分析城市综合体的功能构成及人流特点,确定适宜与城市轨道交通相融合的功能类型,并进而总结出城市综合体与城市轨道交通的空间整合模式。
The spatial integration of urban complex with rail transit can not only realize quick customer flow distri-bution of urban complex, but also provide the support of longterm stable passenger flows for rail transit during off -peak hours. Based on an analysis of function and flow characteristics of urban complex, the functions suitable to be integrated with rail transit are determined, the spatial integration modes of urban complex and rail transit are summed up.
