摘要
为研究地铁振动对房屋结构的影响,建立了二维隧道-土体-房屋有限元耦合分析模型,并分别采用浮置板、桩基础和房屋基础填入阻尼砂垫层减振方式,对减振效果进行对比分析。分析结果表明,采用浮置板、桩基础和砂垫层都能起到一定的减振效果,且浮置板减振效果优于砂垫层减振;对于地铁振动类型及房屋结构已确定的情况,采用浮置板减振的效果更有效。
In order to study the effect of metro vibration on building structures, a two dimensional tunnel-soil- house coupled finite element analysis model is established. Different vibracion reduction methods like the adoption of floating slab, the pile foundation and housing foundation filled with damping sand cushion are compared and analysed. The calculation results show that floating slab, pile foundation and sand cushion can be adopted to achieve vibracion reduction to a certain extent, and floating slab damping is superior to building foundation damping. When the vibration types and house structures arc confirmed, the effect of adopting floating slab damping is even better.
