摘要
为了分析排水沥青路面提早开放交通的可行性,采用洒水的方式减少排水沥青混合料内部热量,在洒水过程中对不同阶段的路表温度进行实时监测。结果表明:洒水可有效降低排水沥青路面表面温度,与邻近未经洒水降温的排水沥青路面相比,开放交通前经过洒水降温后路表温度降低约9℃。推荐最佳洒水降温工艺为:以0.3kg·m^(-2)的洒水量在施划标线前洒水4遍,施划标线后洒水2遍。
In order to analyze the feasibility of early opening to traffic for porous asphalt pavement, inner heat of porous asphalt mixture was reduced by watering, and pavement temperature in different stages of the watering process was monitored in real time. The results show that the surface temperature of porous asphalt pavement could be about 9℃ lower before opening to traffic compared with porous asphalt pavement without watering; the optimal cooling process is recommended with watering 4 times before marking lines and watering 2 times after that with the amount of 0.3 kg · m-2.
