摘要
对在新时期下,枢纽站点选址的要求多样化的新要求进行分析,找到更加合理的选址方法。研究出改进的重心法求得最优选址地点,其出行总费用在备选点之间是最优的;再者,考虑可达性的因素,选用基于潜力模型的评价模型再对上面求得的备选地址进行可达性比较。结果表明,本文得到的改进的重力模型和潜力模型在公共交通枢纽站点选址方面有较好的指导作用,上面重力模型得到的最优选址与其他点相比,潜力值最高,说明可达性最优。与传统选址方法相比,本文的方法对于发展公共交通更加符合以人为本的原则,有利于提高公共交通运行效率。
In the new era, the requirements of site selection are diversified. This paper analyzes these new requirements and finds a more reasonable location method. In addition, considering the factors of accessibility, we choose the evaluation model based on the potential model to find the optimal location, and the total cost of travel is the best among the candidate points. The alternative addresses are compared for teachability. The results show that the improved gravity model and potential model in this paper have a better guiding role in site selection of public transport hubs. The optimal location obtained by the gravity model above has the highest potential value compared with other points, which shows optimal reachability. Compared with the tradition- al location method, the method of this paper is more suitable for the development of public transport, and it is more conducive to improving the efficiency of public transportation.
