摘要
提出一种基于振动测量的在役管道实时应力求取方法 ,拟建立管道应力和管道振动量二阶导数的映射关系,并通过样条函数实现二阶导数的展开,推导出管道振动量与应力的映射关系模型,并仿真分析不同长径比管道模型的合理性,最后进行试验验证,从而实现在役管道实时应力快速简便求取。
In this paper, a second derivative mapping model for real-time stress was proposed based on analysis of the relationship between stress, bending moment and the radius of curvature. By equidistant sampling and applying the big beam deflection property, the model was simplified into a direct mapping model. The feasibility of the model in different diameter- length ratios and different vibration modes was verified by simulation and experiment.
