摘要
通过对原有水泵风扇离合器抽样进行扭矩测试,总结了造成水泵风扇离合器扭矩不足的原因。针对造成扭矩不足的原因分别进行改进设计,通过改进后的产品抽样进行试验分析,确定了最终的综合改进方案,即:提高离合片的平面度、调整壳体与皮带轮之间的间隙、更换成460匝线圈。对综合改进后的样品进行扭矩测试,验证了方案的正确性。该改进设计在保证电磁风扇离合器传递扭矩达到8.5 N·m以上的标准时,能有效提高发动机的热功率,为电磁风扇离合器的改进设计提供了参考依据。
Based on the original water pump fan clutch torque test sampling, the causes of insufficient water pump fan clutch torque are summarized. Modification design for the cause of insufficient torque is respectively carried out. By the improved product sampling test analysis, the final comprehensive improvement solutions are determined: improve the flatness of the clutch, adjust the clearance between the shell and the pulley, change into coil of 460 turns. The torque test for sample after comprehensive improvement verifies the correctness of the scheme. The improvement design can effectively improve the thermal power of the en- gine in ensuring the electromagnetic fan clutch torque reaching standard of 8.5 N. m above. It can provide reference for the im- provement design of electromagnetic fan cluteh.
