摘要 针对某款新开发的直列4缸柴油发动机前端主轴承座强度不足的问题,提出了增加加强筋、增大主轴承座外径、增大圆角、连接搭子等结构改进措施。运用Abqus和Femfat软件对改进后的前端主轴承座进行应力分布和安全系数计算分析,结果表明,改进方案对疲劳安全系数的提高有明显的效果,满足强度要求。 In order to verify the reliability of designing a newly developed inline 4 cylinder diesel engine main bearing hous- ing, this article established a finite element model of the main bearing housing, which included cylinder body, main bearing shell, bearing cover, crankshaft and connecting bolts. By using software Abqus and Femfat, this article calculated the strength from four aspects including the distribution of stress, safety factor, bearing's back pressure, and main bearing hole deformation. Aimed at the problem of insufficient safety coefficient of main bearing housing in calculation results, this article put forward the structure improvement scheme, and recalculated the safety and stress coefficient of improved main bearing housing. The results show that the improvement scheme has obvious effect on the fatigue safety coefficient, which satisfies the requirements of designing.
