流动儿童就读无证打工子弟学校的质性研究——基于北京一所无证打工子弟学校的个案分析 被引量:1

摘要 通过对一所无证打工子弟学校的典型个案分析,发现义务教育阶段流动儿童进入办学质量较差的无证打工子弟学校,是由于地方政府的限制性规定、公立学校的难进、打工子弟学校的办学诱导和家庭环境的不许造成的。解决流动儿童接受免费义务教育,要加大公立学校的接纳能力,地方政府要加大投入改善打工子弟学校的办学状况;同时,中央和省市政府也需要进一步完善针对流动儿童教育的财政投入机制。 This article presents a typical case study of an undocumented school for migrant children. In the compulsory education stage, the migrant children and other vulnerable groups of children entering poor quality and undocumented migrant schools is due to the inappropriate education supply of local government, a- bandonment of public schools, induction of migrant schools and also their family environment. In order to solve the problem and provide free compulsory education for migrant children and other vulnerable groups of children, the local government should increase the capacity of public schools, increase investment to improve the running state of the schools for migrant children. At the same time, the central and provincial governments should also establish the fiscal investment mechanism for migrant children.
