异基因造血干细胞移植治疗SLE相关性再生障碍性贫血1例报道

摘要 系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）是一种由于T、B淋巴细胞调节异常所致的全身性自身免疫性疾病。SLE常累及血液系统,如自身免疫性溶血及血小板减少,但合并再生障碍性贫血（AA）比较罕见。继发性AA是一种免疫介导的骨髓衰竭性疾病,临床表现为全血细胞减少及骨髓空虚。
