生物钟基因对骨改建的影响

摘要 生物体的生理、生化和行为的周期性震荡称为生物节律,由生物钟基因调控。数十种核心钟基因中,Clock和Bmal1最早被发现,并且作为整个时钟体系的起始因子。而骨再生和改建是解决当今口腔医学重要的前沿科学问题。因此本文以钟基因和骨改建两者关系为题,了解生物钟基因的基本机制,以及生物钟基因可能对骨改建造成的影响,初步探讨Clock和Bmal1基因对再生和骨改建的调控机制,总结近年来生物钟基因影响骨改建的研究进展。 The physiological,biochemical and behavioral periodic oscillations of the living organisms are called circadian rhythm,which are regulated by the clock genes. Recently,dozens of core clock genes have been found. As the earliest known clock genes,Clock and Bmal1 are the starting factors of the entire circadian system. On the other side,bone remodeling is an effective method to solve bone defect,which is one of the most important issues in prosthodontics nowadays. Thus this review summarized the basic mechanism of the clock genes,and explored the regulatory mechanism of clock genes( Clock and Bmal1) on bone remodeling in recent research progress.
