上海市不同专业大学生口腔保健意识调查研究

Investigation of oral health consciousness among undergraduate students from different specialties in Shanghai

目的探讨上海市大学生口腔保健意识、知识和行为,为大学生的口腔卫生教育提供有针对性的科学理论数据。方法自行设计调查问卷,于2015年7—9月,随机调查350名在校大学生。结果对于刷牙、洗牙等口腔卫生保健行为和对于龋病、智齿等疾病的了解程度医学生显著优于非医学生,并更能做到定期进行口腔体检和及时就医。半数大学生在2周内有牙龈出血症状,多数大学生认为自己有龋齿,智齿萌出率高。大学生了解口腔知识的主要渠道是互联网。结论上海市大学生的口腔健康状况不容乐观,口腔保健知识和意识薄弱,且非医学生的情况更严重,可以针对龋病、牙龈炎、智齿阻生等疾病和口腔清洁方式对大学生们进行卫生宣教。

Objective To study the oral health consciousness,knowledge and behavior of undergraduates on campus in Shanghai in order to provide targeted and scientific data for improving oral health education. Methods A survey with a self-designed questionnaire was conducted among 350 undergraduate students randomly in Shanghai from July to September in 2015. Results Medical students did better than others in oral health like brushing and washing teeth and disease recognition like caries and wisdom teeth. In addition,they could do regular oral examination and see a doctor in time. Half students had gum bleeding in the last two weeks. The caries prevalence and wisdom tooth eruption rate were really high. The undergraduates got oral knowledge mainly on the Internet. Conclusions The undergraduates in Shanghai have poor oral health condition in general and lack oral health knowledge and consciousness especially the non-medical students. So we should provide oral health propaganda and education including caries,gingivitis,wisdom teeth and oral cleaning method for undergraduate students.
