急性非创伤性颞下颌关节脱位的手法复位治疗现状与发展

Treatment status and development of reduction techniques for acute intact temporomandibular joint dislocation

髁突脱出关节窝以外,超越了关节运动的正常限度,以至于不能自行回复原位者,称为颞下颌关节脱位(temporomandibular joint dislocation)。急性非创伤性颞下颌关节关节脱位是颌面外科急症之一,严重影响患者日常生活与工作,如未能及时对脱位进行正确处理会导致陈旧性脱位。近年来,涌现了不少手法复位的新方法,本文主要综述针对这些新的手法复位方法及其特点进行综述。

Acute Nontraumatic Temporomandibular Joint（ TMJ） Dislocation is one common maxillofacial disease in the emergency room,which means condyle comes off the glenoid fossa and surpasses the normal limit of joint movement,thus resulting in the inability to recover automatically. It results in discomfort in everyday life and claims high attention. Delays in accurate treatment can lead to long-term sequelae for the patient. Many new treatment methods using reduction techniques have sprang recently. Different techniques will be reviewed for managing acute nontraumatic TMJ dislocation in this paper.
