摘要
采用Co基合金粉末对齿轮钢20CrMnTi进行激光熔覆,研究半导体激光器在大功率输出下所制备的合金粉末熔覆层的质量、金相组织、显微硬度以及摩擦磨损性能。研究结果表明:采用大功率激光熔覆Co基材料,可以获得表面平整的无缺陷熔覆层,其组织致密,裂纹敏感性低;使用变功率策略可以制备无塌陷的薄壁多层激光熔覆结构,表面平整无孔隙。
Co-based alloy powder is used in laser cladding on gear steel 20 CrMnTi to study the quality of the alloy powder cladding layer,microstructure,microhardness,friction and wear performance made by semiconductor laser under high power output. Research results show that Co-based material laser cladded by high power,can obtain smooth cladding layer without defects. It has its compact structure and low crack sensitivity; Variable power strategy is used to make thin-walled structure of multi-layer laser cladding without collapses. And the surface is flat pore.
