双波长激光治疗棕色文身及对增生性瘢痕产生的抑制 被引量:4

摘要 本文针对复色文身中相对较难祛除的棕色文身及治疗过程中伴随的增生性瘢痕问题,以新西兰白兔为研究对象,建立七层光学模型并进行数值模拟,利用1064nm和532nm波长激光照射文身组织进行治疗,采用扫描电镜关注色素状态,分析了电光调Q双波长输出的Nd:YAG激光器在三种不同工作模式下的激光能量密度对治疗效果的影响,并针对在文身治疗过程中如何进行增生性瘢痕的有效抑制进行了探索分析。结果表明:同时含有1064nm和532nm两种波长的激光能更有效的祛除棕色文身,同时可抑制瘢痕增生,对黄色人种而言,5~7J/cm^2左右的能量密度值较为适合。 This paper aims at the difficulty of removing the durable brown tattoos of multi-color tattoo and the problem of Hypertrophic scar caused by tattoo,The New Zealand white rabbits were selected as the experiment object,and this paper establish the seven layers optical model of skin and numerical simulation was carried out based on it,the tattooed tissues were treated with wavelength of 1064 nm and 532 nm laser,By observing the state of pigments,using Scanning electron microscopy.The experiment studied not only the therapeutic effects of laser energy density under three different operation modes of E-O Q-switched Nd: YAG Laser with double wavelength. But also the effective methods of how to inhibit the hypertrophic scar during the process of tattoo treatment,The results show that the brown tattoo can be removed more effectively with double-wavelength laser of 1064 nm and 532 nm. and it can inhibit the proliferation of human hypertrophic scar at the same time. For the yellow people,the energy density of about 5 - 7J/cm^2 is more appropriate.
