摘要
目的:探究发酵蜈蚣粉中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。方法:通过紫外可见分光光度法测定发酵蜈蚣粉中总黄酮含量,以总黄酮浸出量为考察指标,采用正交实验法,优化发酵蜈蚣粉中总黄酮的最佳提取工艺。结果:回流提取法提取总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为:提取温度70℃,提取时间1.5 h,料液比1:25。
Objective: To explore the best extraction process of total flavone from ferment centipede powder. Method: UV-vis was used to determine the content of total flavone and using orthogonal experiment to optimize it. Result: The best extracting process to extract total flavone with reflux extraction is under the power of ultrasound wave of 1: 25 g/m L,70 ℃ of the extraction temperation and 1. 5 h of the extraction time. Under these conditions,the content of flavone in extraction is 20. 311 mg/g.
