摘要
以乙醇和尿素为原料,经过醇解、溴代反应,得到产物N-溴代氨基乙酸酯,在碱性溶液中发生重排反应得到乙氧胺,再与浓盐酸反应得到乙氧胺盐酸盐稳定化合物。研究了不同反应条件:原料配比、反应所用时间、反应的温度等条件对反应产物的影响。
In this paper,a method for the synthesis of ethoxyamine hydrochloride was studied. Through alcoholysis,bromo,the resulting product is N-bromo-ethyl carbamate. Which can rearrangement to ethoxyamine, followed by reaction with concentrated hydrochloric acid to give the ethoxyamine hydrochloride. The effects of different reaction conditions including raw material ratio,reaction temperature,reaction time were on the yield.
