某化工企业主要生产油田水处理剂系列产品,产品需要将几种原材料在一定的温度和压力条件下进行合成生产出中间产品,再通过复配工艺,最终生产出成品。生产控制系统使用横河CENTUM-CS3000系统,要实现系统控制生产线,需要对生产线上反应釜的蒸汽冷凝循环水系统、自动滴加系统、空分空压系统以及仪表控制系统等4个方面进行技术改造。同时,在DCS控制系统中进行组态,满足自动控制水剂合成生产的能力。

A chemical enterprise mainly produces oil and water treatment products,which need series of raw materials for the synthesis products process in certain temperature and pressure conditions to produce the final product. The production control system using the YOKOGAWA CENTUM-CS3000 system need some technological innovation including reactor steam condensate water circulating system,automatic drip system,air pressure system and instrument control system to realize the production process under the control. At the same time,through the configuration of the DCS control system can be used to meet the need of the automatic control in increasing the water production capacity.
