基于PFC3D的不同级配尾矿颗粒堆积体孔隙率模拟研究 被引量:4

摘要 矿山充填骨料级配对充填料浆的流动性和充填体强度有显著影响,若充填骨料级配良好,则可以改善充填料浆的流动性,提高充填体的强度。利用PFC3D研究不同泰波指数下尾矿颗粒级配对颗粒堆积体系孔隙率的影响。结果表明,在泰波指数n=0.6时,颗粒堆积体孔隙率小,密实度高,级配良好。通过PFC3D虚拟颗粒堆积试验和骨料颗粒自然堆积试验相结合,探究了充填骨料中溢流细砂含量对骨料堆积体系孔隙率的影响,随着溢流细砂含量增大,骨料颗粒堆积体的孔隙率变大,级配变差。 Aggregate gradation of mine filling has an obvious effect on the fluidity of filling slurry and the strength of filling body, if the aggregate gradation is good, it can improve the fluidity of filling slurry and enhance the strength of filling body. The influence on particle accumulation porosity caused by tailings particle gradation in different Talbol indexes are studied in this paper by PFC3D. The result indicate that particle accumulation porosity became small, accumulation density became high, particle gradation became good with the Talbol indexes n ~ 0.6. Through the combination of PFC3D virtual particle accumulation test and aggregate particle accumulation test, the paper studied the content of overflow-sand exerting influence on the porosity of aggregate accumulation system, and the results indicate that the porosity of aggregate particles became large and the gradation became bad along with the increasing of overflow-fine sand content.
