摘要
针对电力企业信息化项目管控要求,创新性地提出了层次化的全生命周期信息化项目管控机制。该机制将信息化项目建设按层次进行划分,并在每一层引入针对性的资金投入、建设进度、开发质量、人员协调以及风险规避等措施,同时采用基于后评估机制的全生命周期管控模式,保障电力企业信息化项目的顺利开展以及质量和进度的严格控制,为大型信息系统的建设提供参考。
Aiming at the control requirement of the electric power enterprise informatization project, the hierarchical infor- mation project control mechanism with the full life cycle is proposed innovatively. The informatization project construction is di- vided with the mechanism according to the hierarchy, and the measures of capital investment, construction scheduling, develop- ment quality, staff coordination and risk avoidance are introduced into each hierarchy pointedly. The full life circle control mode based on post-evaluation mechanism is used to guarantee the successful development of the electric power enterprise informatiza- tion project and the strict control of the quality and scheduling, which provides a reference for the construction of the large infor- mation systems.
