Study on and testing analyze the performances of SMS compound nonwoven fabric

测试了SMS复合型非织造布材料的性能和特点,分析比较了不同克质量试样的断裂强力、断裂伸长率、透气量、透湿量等,实验发现SMS复合型非织造布材料的断裂强力、断裂伸长率,透气量、透湿量均与克质量和厚度有一定关系,得出SMS复合型非织造布具有独特的性能,适合开发各类功能性产品,在纺织工业上有广泛的应用。

This paper tests the performances and characteristics of SMS compound nonwoven fabric. The breaking strength, breaking elongation, air permeability and moisture permeability of different weight samples are analyzed and compared. It was found that there are certain relationships between the SMS compound nonwoven fabric break- ing strength, breaking elongation, air permeability, moisture permeability and gram-mass ,thickness. It is obtained that the SMS compound nonwoven fabrics have unique properties. It is suitable for development the various func- tional products in the textile industry on a wide range of applications.
