On Economic New Normal and the Development Concept of Innovation

The Five Development Concepts,of which the concept of innovation development is in the first place,not only enriches the new contents of the theoretical system of socialist political economy with Chinese characteristics,but also have great guiding significance for the comprehensive development of productive forces by using the advantages of the socialist system.Within the concept of innovation development,scientific and technological innovation is the first motivation.Advocating innovation involves understanding and controlling the rules of science and technology leading the economic development,the implementation of innovation- driven strategy,creating new production methods and economic formats,and deepening the reform of science and technology system.
