航班延误纠纷解决机制研究

我国《民用航空法》缺乏航班延误服务强制性标准的规定、航班延误纠纷处置机制存在缺陷、航班延误后服务保障工作存在差距,以及旅客过激行为四个原因导致我国航班延误纠纷过高。为了有效化解航班延误纠纷,应该从完善相关民航法律制度、完善民航主管部门管理机制、提升航空公司服务保障水平和倡导旅客理智维权四方面着手构建我国航班延误纠纷解决机制。

In order to settle flight delay disputes, it should construct the mechanism of Chinese flight delay disputes in four aspects of improving relative civil aviation laws and regulations, perfecting the management mechanism of civil aviation authority, enhancing the level of airlines＇ service, and advocating passengers＇ actions rationally.
