新形势下我国辅警队伍建设问题研究

辅警是人民警察队伍的一部分,辅警队伍的规范化建设对于建设与中国特色社会主义法治体系相适应的现代警务运行机制和执法权力运行机制至关重要。随着我国警务改革的不断深入,辅警队伍存在的诸如身份尴尬、职业素质偏低以及管理混乱等问题也受到了高度重视。正确地认识并科学地解决这些问题,既能提高辅警队伍的素质,构建高效合格的警察队伍;也有利于新形势下实现警务规范化,队伍规划化,推进和谐社会及法治中国的建设。

Auxiliary police are part of the police force. Since the 18th CPC National Congress, the CPC Central Committee improves the deepening of the police reform, the presence of the auxiliary police team, such as the identity of the embarrassment, low professional quality and management confusion and other issues have been highly valued. The correct understanding and scientific solution to these problems, will both improve the quality of the auxiliary police team and build a highly qualified police team;also conducive to achieve standardization of police, team planning under the new situation, and promote a harmonious society and the rule of law in China.
