友善社会视阈下的公民责任解读

An Interpretation of Civic Responsibilities from the Perspective of Amicable Society

作为社会的主体,公民必须肩负构建友善社会的责任与义务,积极地参与社会的建设。在友善社会的背景下,公民责任具体包括关怀责任、公共责任以及正义责任等,其中关怀责任重视对他人的关心、爱护,意图加强公民间的情感联系;公共责任强调公民对公共利益的维护,巩固友善社会形成的公共纽带;至于正义责任则突出强调了对其他公民正当权益的维护,保障公民权益不受侵害。不同责任在不同的方面对公民提出了不同的需要,有助于推动友善社会的实现。

As the main part of the society, citizens must undertake the responsibilities and obligations of build- ing the amicable society and participate actively in construction of a society. Under the background of amicable soci- ety, citizens＂ responsibilities include caring responsibilities, public responsibilities and justice responsibilities. The caring responsibilities attach attention to the love and care for others, and tries to strengthen the emotional connec- tions between citizens; Public responsibilities emphasize the citizens＂ protections of public interests, and consolidate the public bonds of amicable society. Justice responsibilities focus on safeguard of the legitimate rights and interests of other citizens and protections of the rights and interests of citizens. Different responsibilities put forward different requirements for the citizens in different asoeets, which help to promote the realization of amicable society.
