提高芳纶层压板表观质量的工艺改进研究

Study on the Improvement of the Aramid Fiber Laminates' Apparent Quality

摘要 本文针对芳纶层压板的表观质量问题,逐一排查工艺流程并寻找出工艺中存在的问题,将理论与实际结合,分析热压工艺与冷压工艺中缺陷形成的原因。通过缩短工艺间隙时间和增加保温措施进行工艺缺陷的改进,并采用产品抽查的方式进行验证。结果表明:采用改进后的工艺后,层压板的表观质量合格率为100%。 To solve the apparent quality problems of the aramid laminates, tire process is invested one by one, to find out the reasons. Combining the theory with practice, the causes of deifects in hot pressing and coldplessmg are analyzed. The quality of the laminates can be improved hy the, shortening of the process clearance time and the increase of the thermal insulation measures. The product sampling verification shows that the qualified rate of the apparent quality of the laminates is 100% after adopting the improved technology.
