贵州省贫困人口众多,减贫之路曲折而又漫长,自改革开放以来,国家在贵州实施了多项扶贫政策。一些地区脱贫致富的同时,有些地区却被排斥在扶贫政策之外。因此,探索出一条符合贵州实际的精准扶贫之路势在必行。从精准扶贫、体制机制等方面探索贵州扶贫模式,力争使贵州贫困地区脱贫致富。

GuizhouProvince, with a large number of poor people, its poverty alleviation is a long and tortuous process. Since the reform and opening up, the state has implemented a number of poverty alleviation policies in Guizhou. While some areas are getting out of poverty, some areas are excluded from poverty alleviation policies. Therefore, to explore a poverty alleviation roadaccording with Guizhou＇ s actual is imperative. This paper explores the model of pov- erty alleviation in Guizhou from the aspects of targeted poverty alleviation and institutional mechanisms, and strives to shake off povertyin Guizhou, and provide a reference for the povertyalleviation of the country.
