焙烧对石英砂酸浸除铁效果影响的试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 本文研究了焙烧预处理对酸浸石英砂脱除铁杂质效果的影响。对江苏某地石英砂原料处理的结果表明:在900℃下保温2h后的石英砂与未经预处理的石英砂相比,酸浸后铁杂质的去除率由32%提升至41%。因此,在常规酸浸工艺前进行焙烧预处理,对高纯石英砂的制取有一定的积极作用。 The effect of calcination pretreatment on iron removal by acid leaching from quartz sand was investigated.The results of treatment of the quartz sand from Jiangsu showed that the removal rate of iron impurity in the quartz sand treated at 900 ℃for 2hincreased from 32%to 41% after acid leaching compared with the quartz sand without being pretreated.Therefore,calcination pretreatment being made before conventional acid leaching process will has a positive effect on the production of the high purity quartz sand.
