耳后注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效

Clinical efficacy of posterior aural injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate in the treatment of sudden deafness

目的 分析耳后注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠治疗突发性耳聋的临床疗效。方法选择2015年1月~2016年5月至我院就诊的84例突发性耳聋患者,采取信封随机分组方案分为常规组与实验组,分别采取银杏叶提取物注射液与耳后注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠进行治疗,对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率为97.62%,显著高于常规组(85.71%)(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患者的纯音听阈值无显著差异(P>0.05),治疗后实验组患者的纯音听阈值明显优于常规组(P<0.05);治疗前两组患者的白细胞计数、红细胞计数、血小板计数、淋巴细胞计数无明显差异(P>0.05),治疗后实验组血小板计数明显低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论对突发性耳聋患者采取耳后注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠进行治疗的疗效显著,可帮助患者有效改善听力,值得实践推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of posterior aural injection of methylprednisolone sodium succi- hate in the treatment of sudden deafness. Methods A total of 84 patients with sudden deafness who were diagnosed in our hospital from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected. They were randomly divided into conventional group and experimental group according to the protocol of envelop randomization. Ginkgo biloba extract injection and posterior aural injection of inethylprednisolone sodium succinate Were adopted for treatment. The therapeutic effects w^re compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 97.62% in the experimental group, which was significantly higher than that in the conventional group（85.71%） （P〈0.05）; before the treatment, there was no significant difference in pure tone threshold between the two groups（P〉0.05）.The pure tone threshold in the experimental group was significantly better than that in the control group after the treatment （P〈0.05）; there were no significant differences in leukocyte count, red blood cell count, platelet count and lymphocyte count between the two groups before treatment （P〉0.05）. After the treatment, the platelet count in the experimental group was significantly ＇lower than that in the conventional group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Posterior aural injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate is effective for the patients with sudden deafness, which can help patients improve their hearing effectively, and is worthy of practice and promotion.
