摘要
全球报告显示,目前不孕不育正成为一个全世界的问题,约15%的夫妇受其影响,其中约50%的因素由男方引起。影响男性生殖能力的原因众多,主要分为性功能障碍和精子质量异常两大块。其中,精子活力低下主要包括精子的数量和质量(弱精症)或精子形态异常(畸形),是引起男性不育的一个重要因素。线粒体是唯一含有独立基因组的细胞器,是细胞的主要能量来源,也是精子获得能量的主要来源。细胞生命活动所需的能量95%来源于线粒体。医学研究者已经展开对精子线粒体与男性不育的相关性研究。本文将对目前国内外相关性研究进展作一综述。
The global report shows that infertility is currently becoming a worldwide problem, and about 15% of the couple affected by it, of which about 50% of the factors caused by the man. There are many reasons for the male repro- ductive capacity, mainly divided into sexual dysfunction and abnormal sperm quality. Among them, low sperm motility mainly including the number and quality of sperm (weak sperm) or sperm abnormalities (deformity) is an important fac- tor in male infertility. Mitochondria are the only organelles containing independent genomes, the main source of energy for cells, and the main source of energy for sperm. 95% of the energy required for cell life activities comes from it. Medical researchers have begun to study the correlation between sperm mitochondria and male infertility. This paper will review the current research progress at home and abroad.
