基于智慧供应链的沟通机制创新设计及应用

本文以电力企业的物资供应管理为背景,分析了物资供应全过程中存在的难点,提出了建立智慧供应链监控机制的必要性。从社交化、移动化等方面提出电力物资供应监控的设计思路和建设方法。通过项目实践证明,物资监控机制的创新设计及应用不仅满足了电力物资供应的及时性、准确性,全面性的需求,而且降低了工作难度,提升了工作效率和员工满意度。

Based on material supply management of electric power enterprises, this paper analyzes the difficulties existing in the whole process of material supply management, and proposed the necessity of establishing the intelligent supply chain monitoring mechanism. This paper introduced design ideas and construction methods of the whole process monitoring of power supply from the aspects of socialization and mobility. Practice has proved that this innovative design and application on materials monitoring mechanism had met the demand of timeliness and accuracy on power supply, reducing the difficulty of the work, improve work efficiency and employee satisfacfon.
