摘要
通过现场踏勘、选型计算,遴选了百花岭10 000 t/d新系统原矿运输的4个可行方案,并进行了技术经济比较,从中优选出能适应复杂地形、改造工程量小、投资和运行成本低的弯曲带式输送机方案。本文对于类似大型露天矿山新建或改造原矿运输系统、降低原矿运输成本具有一定的借鉴意义。
On the base of site investigation and equipment selection calculation, we select four feasible schemes of Baihualing 10000 t/d new system ore transportation. Through technical and economic comparison, bending belt conveyor scheme is the optimum scheme. Bending belt conveyor can adapt to the complex terrain, with smaller transformation quantities and low investment and operation cost. This text has a certain reference significance for similar large new or modified ore transportation systems in open-pit mine to reduce ore transportation cost.
