摘要
电解质专用重排自磨机是集破碎、粉磨与筛分于一体的新型破碎设备。通过利用有限元软件Ansys Workbench对简体结构和三种形式的筛分式粉磨机筒体支撑梁进行静力学分析,模拟钢球跌落的瞬间状态并对其进行动力学瞬态分析,对其结构的强度结果和结构的合理性给出建议,对电解质专用重排自磨机的设计有一定的指导意义。
The special rearrangement autogenous tumbling mill for electrolyte is a new type of crushing equipment, which integrates crushing, grinding and screening. Using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench to carry on the static analysis of the cylinder structure and the three kinds of the sieve tube support beam, the transient state of the simulated steel ball drop and its dynamic transient analysis are carried out, give suggestion to the strength result and the structure of the structure, it has certain guiding significance to the design of the special rearrangement autogenous tumbling mill.
