某非洲1500MTPD硫磺制酸厂空气风机站多处噪声超标,最高达105 dB(A),超出合同及ISO标准要求的85 dB(A),影响项目移交,对工人身心健康及安全生产有害。采用风机进口管加阻性消声器、改造原隔声罩、出口管外进行吸声包扎等措施,治理后各点噪声值均满足要求。

The noise of air blower station exceeds the requirement of ISO standard and contract in a 1500 MTPD sulfuric acid plant in Africa, which have bad influence on project take-over, physical and psychological health to operators and safety production. The highest noise is 105 dB （A） , which is too much higher than the required 85 dB （A）. After installing dissipate muffler in inlet duct, modifying acoustic shield, installing noise absorption material outside outlet duct, the noise achieves the requirement of contract and standard.
