摘要
本文介绍了广西金川公司闪速吹炼炉结构特点及两年多的生产运行情况。针对生产运行过程吹炼炉炉体出现的问题,对炉体结构进行了局部技术优化和改进,并提出了下步改造计划和设想。
This paper introduces the structure characteristics of the Flash Smelting Furnace and its production operation conditions in the past two years in Guangxi Jinchuan Group Limited Company. According to the problems of the Flash Smelting Furnace in its production process, we had partially optimized and improved the furnace structure, and put forward the next reconstruction idea and plan of the Flash Smelting Furnace. The Flash Smelting Furnace in Guangxi Jinchuan Group Limited Company is the only use of high copper surface operation of the production organization model, it has the special unique in the production control.
