低分子肝素预防术后肺栓塞效果研究

The effect of low molecular weight heparin in prevention of pulmonary embolism

目的探讨低分子肝素预防术后肺栓塞的临床效果。方法选取我院2014年7月至2015年10月收治的98例胸部肿瘤患者为研究对象,采取随机数字表法将其分为研究组(49例)与参照组(49例),两组患者均给予手术治疗,研究组术后第1天开始皮下注射低分子肝素预防肺栓塞,对比两组患者术后肺部栓塞发生率、其他并发症发生情况及患者满意度。结果治疗后,研究组患者肺部栓塞发生率为0.00%,其他并发症发生率为2.04%,均显著低于参照组的12.24%、14.29%;研究组患者的治疗满意度为95.92%,显著高于参照组的83.67%(P<0.05)。结论术后早期应用低分子肝素,可预防肺栓塞发生,降低并发症发生率,安全可行,且患者满意度高,临床应用价值高,可推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of low molecular weight heparin in the prevention of postoperative pulmonary embolism. Methods Ninety-eight cases of chest tumor patients from July 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into research group and reference group, according to random digital table method, with 49 cases in each group. All the patients in the two groups were received surgery treatment. After that, the patients in research group were received subcutaneous injection of low molecular weight heparin to prevent pulmonary embolism from the first day of the operation. The occurrence rate of pulmonary embolism, other complication,and the satisfaction rate of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the occurrence rate of pulmonary embolism in research group was 0.00%, and the occurrence rate of other complication was 2.04%, which were both significantly lower than 12.24% and 14.29% in the reference group. The satisfaction rate of the patients in research group was 95.92%, which was significantly higher than 83.67% in the reference group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early use of low molecular weight heparin for patients after surgery can be used to decrease the occurrence rate of pulmonary embolism and complication rates, and to improve the satisfaction rate of the patients. It has high clinical application value and can be popularized and applied.
