多索茶碱治疗支气管炎的临床效果

The clinical effect of doxofylline in the treatment of bronchiolitis

目的评价采用多索茶碱疗法治疗支气管炎患者的其临床效果。方法选取我院在2015年1月1日至2016年1月1日收治的支气管炎患者80例,将其按照随机数字表法均分为试验组与对照组,每组40例。在两组患者的治疗过程中均行常规疗法,对试验组患者加行多索茶碱疗法,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果经不同疗法治疗后,试验组患者的临床疗效明显高于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);试验组患者的临床症状缓解用时情况明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对支气管炎患者行多索茶碱疗法的临床效果显著,其具有高效性和安全性,具有临床推广价值。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the treatment of doxofylline therapy for patients with bronchitis. Methods Eighty eases of the patients with bronchitis in our hospital from January 1, 2015 to January 1, 2016 were selected and divided into experimental group and control group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the two groups were treated with conventional therapy, and the patients in the experimental group were treated with doxofylline therapy additionally. The clinical effect was compared between the patients in the two groups. Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group after different treatment （P〈0.05）. The clinical symptoms remission time of the patients in experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of doxofylline therapy in patients bronchitis with is remarkable, which has the high-performance and safety. It has clinical application value.
