肾结石行输尿管软镜与经皮肾镜碎石治疗的疗效对照研究

A comparative study of the treatment effect of flexible ureteroscope and percutaneous renal lithotripsy in renal calculi

目的分析肾结石行输尿管软镜与经皮肾镜碎石治疗的疗效。方法抽取来我院治疗的106例肾结石患者作为研究对象,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,其中有46例患者实施输尿管软镜治疗(甲组),有60例患者实施经皮肾镜碎石治疗(乙组),分析比较两组肾结石患者的结石清除率、手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间及并发症发生率。结果两组肾结石患者的手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组患者的结石清除率及并发症发生率分别为93.33%、5.00%,与甲组患者的86.96%及10.87%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论输尿管软镜与经皮肾镜碎石治疗各有优缺点,临床医师应结合肾结石患者的实际情况为其选择合适的手术方法。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of flexible ureteroscope and percutaneous renal lithotripsy in renal calculi. Methods One hundred and six cases of the patients with renal calculi were selected as study objects, and the clinical data of the patients were retrospectively analyzed. Among them, 46 cases underwent flexible ureteroscope for treatment （group A）, 60 cases underwent percutaneous renal lithotripsy for treatment （group B）. The kidney stones stone clearance rate, operation time, amount of bleeding, hospitalization time and complications incidence of the patients in the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results There were significant differences in the operation time, amount of bleeding, hospitalization time of the patients in the two groups （P〈0.05）. The stone clearance rate and complication incidence of the patients in the group B were 93.33%, 5.00% respectively, compared with 86.96% and 10.87% of the patients in the group A, the difference was not statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Flexible ureteroscope and percutaneous renal lithotripsy have their own advantages and disadvantages in the treatment of renal calculi, and the clinical doctor should choose the appropriate operation method according to the actual situation of the patients with renal calculi.
